1. Alpha Hydroxy Acid Cream

Slather some alpha hydroxy acid cream on your feet. The AHA helps exfoliate the dead dry skin that have accumulated on your feet during winter. Rub the cream on every night to help get those heels looking smooth.

2. Soak with Tea Tree Oil

tea tree oil is one amazing essential oil. It does so many different things. In this case it works as an antiseptic and kills fungus. Before you bare them, make your feet sandal ready by adding a couple of drops into a warm foot bath.

3. Scrub Away Rough Patches

4. Treat Cuticles

Girl, you know when those things are too long and needed to be cut. There just isn’t anything cute about toe nail claws unless you are a wild feline in the jungle. Keep your toenails trimmed regularly. Don’t forget to file them if they appear jagged or misshaped.

1. Proper Tools
I know how painful and annoying plucking eyebrows can be. But the truth is, it’s even worth with crappy tweezers. Do the right thing and invest in some quality tweezers. You want them to have flat slanted ends. You also need a good magnifying mirror, lash comb, and manicure scissors to do the job right.

2. Trim First
Start by trimming those bad boys up. Sometimes I noticed certain hairs in my eyebrows grow at wicked fast speeds. I swear there is one hair that I trim at least twice a week. To trim your brows start by brushing them into place following the direction of the hair growth. Trim up anything that is too long or out of place. Now you see why you the having a lash comb and manicure scissors is important.

3. Unibrow
No one wants a unibrow right? I don’t have a unibrow, but I do have a few hairs that pop up in odd places between my brows. I think they are trying to form together, but I won’t let it happen. I once read an eyebrow shaping tip that said your eyebrows should start straight up from the inner corner of your eye. I do away with anything that grows in between those two points.

4. Mark Your Spot
When you are tweezing your brows, color in the shape you want to keep. I suggest doing it with a darker color that you can really see. Use an eyeliner pencil. Pluck out anything that isn’t in the colored area, by starting at the bottom inner corner and tweezing out towards the end, following the direction of the hair growth.

5. Switch Sides
Probably one of the best eyebrow shaping tips is to work on both sides at the same time. Switch from side to side and check your work as you go. You want the brows to match as much as possible, but don’t stress out if they aren’t identical.

6. Match Your Hair
If your current hair color is significantly darker or lighter than you natural hair color, your eyebrows probably stand out. Ask your colorist about what you can do to bring your eyebrows closer to your hair color. She should be able to tint them or bleach them for you to match.

7. Don’t Overdo It
Pencil thin eyebrows just don’t look good. Stop several times while you are plucking to make sure you haven’t done too much. If you do over pluck, let everything grow back to give you a fresh start before doing it again.

Stressful: More than two thirds of women have said they would be too scared to face the world if they had not applied full make-up

More than two thirds of women would be too scared to go to work without a full face of make-up, it has been revealed.

Leaving the house bare-faced for the commute to work would be more stressful than public speaking, a job interview or even a first date for most women, according to the survey for the Vitality Show.

The poll of 3,000 women found that more than half would be confident to be seen by their friends, family or partner without make-up.

But 70 per cent said that they would not want to be seen by their work colleagues or bosses without their hair and make-up done.

Women end up having to get up half an hour before their male counterparts to get ready, spending an average of 21 minutes each morning applying their make-up ready for the working day, it was found.

Some 91 per cent of women said they would cancel a first date rather than turn up bare-faced.

But 31 per cent would not go to the gym without make-up and astonishingly one in six women would not even answer the front door unless in full make-up.

Sarah-Jane Froom, a make-up artist at bareMinerals, said: ‘There is the assumption within some companies that for women good grooming equates to doing a good job.

‘But while women are expected to look awake, bright and glowing, with great skin of course, they don’t want to look to heavily made-up or like they are wearing a mask.

‘Last year a study found that one in three bosses think female employees wear too much make-up.’

Pyschologist Celia Bibby said: ‘Many women feel that there is a stigma associated with not wearing make-up and that their employers may discriminate against them if they don’t turn up to work “dolled up”.

‘Studies have found that women who wear makeup are seen as more competent, likeable and trustworthy to employers.

‘But there is a crucial maximum as to how much women should wear beyond which dramatic and heavy makeup make them be seen as untrustworthy.

‘We may object to the pressure to wear makeup as part of the “uniform” of working life but for men it is very difficult to display their individuality, having only a haircut, choice of colour tie or jacket style to differentiate them from their colleagues.’

On the occasion of launching the new fragrance, Kardashian, who surely knows a lot about parties and promotions, will arrange a solemn presentation together with the Dress for Success Worldwide charity, which will be held on March 22 at The London West Hollywood.

Kim admits:
“I have always admired what Dress for Success Worldwide stands for … I am excited to have an opportunity to work with them through True Reflection.”

The guests of the presentation will be able to buy the fragrance with an autograph, and they will also watch the performance of Carolina Liar band and enjoy light snacks. The funds, raised at the event, will partially go to charity.
