Usher should have a dress code for the ladies he brings on stage:

No heels! During the middle of a performance on Monday night at Madison Square Garden, the crooner lied down on a couch with an ecstatic female fan who, when trying to re-position herself, whipped her stilettos into Usher’s nose.
The singer was fine and made a joke about it afterwards, but it made for a funny incident on video. Usher got pretty touchy with the fan on stage, pressing her body against his and kissing her cheek while singing. The fan tried to redeem herself by rubbing Usher’s face, but it wasn’t necessary.
