James Franco has ventured into the music world with his duo Kalup & Franco!

T he duo has released a new music video for their song “Rising,” which is included on their EP Turn It Up, scheduled for release on July 12.
James does not play a major role in the duo and most of the video features his partner Kalup Linzy.
“That’s not my EP. Kalup Linzy is doing the EP, I think I, like, do some spoken word on it, but that is not my EP,” James told New York Magazine earlier this year about the upcoming EP.
