Fans were stunned when NBC cancelled “Smash,” so it’s great to hear that the cast will assemble for a one-night-only engagement on the Great White Way.

According to E! News, Katharine McPhee, Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Megan Hilty and Will Chase will perform the musical “Bombshell.”
Marc Shaiman and Scott Whittman will handle the music and Craig Zadan and Neil Meron will executive produce. The “Smash” reunion is slated for June 8th and proceeds will benefit the Actors Fund of America.
