Washington, D.C. — September 25, 2026 — DC Fashion Week marked its 45th cycle with an energetic Fashion Industry Networking Party at Saint Yves, bringing together fashion, media, entertainment, and some of the DMV’s creative community for an evening of style and connection.
Organized by Ean Williams, founder and executive director of DC Fashion Week, the event brought models, designers, beauty professionals, stylists, photographers, recording artists, media personalities, fashionistas, and other creatives together to promote their talents, expand their networks, and celebrate the opening of another DC Fashion Week season.
Now in its 45th cycle, DC Fashion Week continues to provide a platform where established professionals and emerging talent can connect, collaborate, and showcase the creativity shaping fashion in Washington and beyond.
From the moment guests stepped into Saint Yves, the evening felt like more than a traditional networking event. Fashion was everywhere, conversations were happening throughout the venue, cameras were capturing the scene, and new connections were being made.
With DJ Ease spinning and keeping the energy moving, guests mixed, mingled, posed for photos, and turned the evening into a fashion moment of its own.
Among those in attendance was Guy Lambert, WPGC 95.5 News Director and FOX 5 Digital Journalist, adding to a crowd that reflected the intersection of fashion, media, music, entertainment, and culture.
More Than a Networking Party
While the runway is often the center of attention during Fashion Week, nights like this show just how much happens beyond it.
Models connected with designers. Photographers met new talent. Beauty professionals and stylists introduced their work. Artists, entrepreneurs, and other creatives exchanged information and discussed potential collaborations.
For emerging talent especially, being in a room filled with people from different sides of the industry can create opportunities that simply don’t happen through a screen.
One introduction can become a photo shoot. One conversation can become a collaboration. And one connection can open the door to something much bigger.
That spirit of opportunity was at the center of the night.
