Since we’ve started Shy Magazine, commenting on pictures was never really our thing, but our photographs play such a substantial part in our magazine, we had to do it!

“My heart is definitely Philly. I am a Philly girl 100%,” said Jessica McKelvey, 27, as she told SHY about where she’s from. A search for something new brought Jessica to the D.C. area and here she stayed. “The culture in D.C. is amazing.

Ilove how integrated it is and diverse it is,” she said. Currently, Jessica teaches first grade in Silver Spring (and loves every minute of it!) and frequents the D.C. nightlife scene. SHY saw her and we had to say, “Hello.”
