Say hello to Nathalie, Gillian and Malika. They were spotted at Shadow Room the other week.
Bar Etiquette 101
The amount of people that have no bar etiquette amazes me…People come to the bar holding up traffic because they don’t know what they want, asking to taste things, being rude, etc. With 50 other people trying to give me money, that really pissed me off. But I won’t judge, we all weren’t taught how to properly order from the bar, so here is Bar Etiquette 101
In addition, Belen is also a bartender at Co Co. Sala and likes to spend time with her boo and friends. Fortunately, we were able to grab a minute (or two) to speak with her.

The DMV has been bangin’ to “Hot Boy” DJ Quicksilva’s mixes ever since his radio career started (while he was still in high school) at Baltimore’s now-defunct V103.
Working as a human resources specialist at a prestigious law firm here in D.C. by day, the south New Jersey native is also an aspiring interior designer. Currently, she’s working towards her Masters at Marymount University, but she also takes on interior design projects meanwhile. One of her most recent projects—a Baltimore community center—was a definite success. “I don’t have a team, so I was doing a million tasks by myself, but it came together really well. One of the great things about working in design is seeing the end result. It makes me happy to say, ‘I did that!’”
The Bulgarian-Greek goddess is a financial planner and stock broker at Ameriprise Financial and is currently working towards her own practice. What she likes best about her job: building long-term relationships with her clients. “Whether it be a college graduation for my client’s kids or if they retire, I’ll be there.” A little know fact: she also helps run a beauty cosmetics company. Obviously driven, Petya is a definite beauty with brains.
